Build confidence from the beginning.
If you love the warm mediterranean waters (like the Aegean sea), there is nothing that can be compared to Stand-Up-Paddling. Whether it is the direct contact with the water or the standing position you are not used to...paddleboarding is simply awesome! ...and it is great for fitness too.
Avoid being discouraged by the first-time-failures. SUP is for everybody. With the right board and the right instructions everyone can stand up.
Have an instructor certified by ASI who will:

help you choose the right board,
-
give you a detailed briefing out of the water,
-
tell you when is the right moment to stand up,
-
teach you the basic strokes,
-
teach you how to manoeuvre the board effectively and
-
take you for a short tour out of the bay of Damouchari.
Total Duration: 2 hours
Price: 35 euros per person

SUP LESSONS FOR ADVANCED
Move forward to the next level.
If you made already your first attempts and you created the basic paddle skills, then we can help you improve those skills and take your paddling experience to a whole new level.
Have a two-hour session with our instructor and
-
try a narrower board,
-
learn the cross bow,
-
learn the pivot turn,
-
learn the brace stroke,
-
correct your paddling technique,
-
go on a short tour out of the bay of Damouchari.

It is based in Australia and operates worldwide with offices in the UK, USA, Portugal, Bali, Philippines, providing training and accreditation services for instructors, activity centres and clubs.
Winter 2018, Tomas Olkas owner of Shakayak, followed three ASI stand up paddle instructor courses in Singapore, getting the correspondent accreditations:
